This workshop is designed for supervisory staff members or anyone in a leadership position at their agency. “Investing in People: Performance Management and Evaluation” would also be beneficial to board members interested in creating a performance evaluation for CEOs.

Managing performance of your staff can be challenging and complex, but the performance reviews are key to providing constant and measurable feedback. We will share best practices around creating, implementing and measuring performance. As a result of this workshop, participants will understand how to create a performance evaluation specific to their needs.
