Facebook as a Fundraising Tool

This workshop is designed for nonprofit marketing and communications professionals, or anyone with a marketing aspect to his/her position. Please come with a laptop and have your organization's facebook page set up.

Facebook is one of the fastest tools to share ideas and information and it’s where you can expand beyond your traditional audience while engaging those who have loyalty to you.

This session will unpack the discomfort of Facebook, create an outline for at least three tactics to be more effective, show you the benefits of using Facebook for more than an increase in followers, and give you tips on how to create stories that will aid in the fundraising and volunteer engagement. The instructor will provide a real time one-minute Facebook audit for participants.

CNM is an approved provider for CFRE International Continuing Education Program. Full participation in Facebook as a Fundraising Tool is applicable for up to two (2.00) continuing education points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
