Develop Your Fundraising Plan

Every nonprofit needs funding. Does your organization have a funding place in place? 

This workshop walks participants through the fundraising planning process and what it takes to create a solid fundraising plan. This course will help with identifying specific roles and responsibilities between board and staff members. Participants will learn how to identify key funding areas, and analyze fundraising trends. This workshop will help explain how to use data to develop strategies for your organization. Most importantly, participants will feel more confident as they create and implement their organization’s fundraising plan.

Level: Introductory (perfect for new fundraisers)

  • New development professionals and employees with resource development responsibilities.
  • Board members or volunteers interested in supporting a fundraising committee.
