This dynamic, high-energy workshop is a valuable resource for your entire management staff. "Understanding Your Management Style" is designed for any professional who supervises others, or for anyone interested in a leadership position.


Want to increase your effectiveness with employees, peers and clients? Come learn more about your preferred communication and work style. This workshop will use the DISC instrument to assess your preferences. You will take the assessment in the seminar and then receive custom feedback on the report that is filled with insights and tips personalized for you about your management style. Learn about the different environments that others require for maximum productivity and teamwork and learn to make the most of the strengths of others and yourself.
