Understanding Your Management Style with the DISC Assessment

Do you know what kind of leader you are? Do you want to increase your effectiveness with employees, peers and clients? 

Come learn more about your preferred communication and work style. This workshop utilizes the DISC Assessment tool to assess your management style preferences. You will be provided time to take the assessment and then analyze the results. You will receive custom feedback on the report that is filled with insights and tips personalized for you. You will also learn about how to work with other types of styles, and make the most of your strengths. 


Topics Addressed: management, leadership, team dynamics, communication, self-awareness, developing others


Level: Intermediate
