Advanced Federal Grant Writing

One elective credit toward Revenue Development Certificate

Workshop Prerequisite: Attendees must have attended the Basic Grant Writing class, Basic Writing Federal Grants class or have written and submitted a federal grant.

If you know the basics of writing a federal grant, now it’s time to master the details! According to The Grantsmanship Center, the federal government is still the largest of all grantmakers. This Advanced Federal Grant Writing workshop will provide detailed instruction for developing required federal grant documents that frequently challenge our ability to secure federal grants. Participants will receive hands-on instruction regarding developing an effective Grant Work Plan, a goal-driven Grant Logic Model and a user-friendly Project Budget.

This workshop is not designed for anyone who does not yet have experience with federal grant writing. We encourage those new to this skillset to enroll in "Writing Federal Grants."

CNM is an approved provider for CFRE International Continuing Education Program. Full participation in the Advanced Federal Grant Writing is applicable for up to six (6.00) continuing education points in Category 1.B – Education of the CFRE International application for initial certification and/or recertification.
