This workshop is designed specifically for those in supervisory positions or anyone in a leadership position responsible for managing staff/ roles. “Investing in People: Performance Management and Evaluation” would also be beneficial to board members interested in creating a performance evaluation for CEOs.

Managing performance is challenging and complex, but is apowerful key, if used properly can serve to provide constant and measurablefeedback. We will share best practices around creating, implementing andmeasuring performance. As a result of this workshop, participants will better understandhow to create a performance evaluation tool specific to their needs.

Through this workshop, participants will:
  • Appraise the effectiveness of the way job descriptions are written and utilized
  • Develop a culturally-sensitive strategy for your organization
  • Create a performance management process that is simple and measurable
