Directors Network - Evaluation: Elation or Frustration?

Evaluation can provide critical information to help your organization solve problems, tell its story, and share its impact...It can also be a huge pain. This session will provide a space for participants to reflect on their experiences with evaluation and data collection - the good, the bad, and the ugly - and connect with their peers to brainstorm solutions to evaluation challenges and share evaluation successes. Elevate Consulting, LLC will provide expert feedback and guide participants in a joint-learning discussion around what makes evaluation a challenge or success and how it can be better leveraged for organizational improvement. Participants will also receive concrete, ready-to-use resources to guide evaluation planning and implementation.





The Directors Network Series is a free learning and networking opportunity for nonprofit key director-level staff. With a mix of educational and social opportunities, attendees will be able to learn from one another and meet other colleagues. Unless otherwise noted, all sessions are for nonprofit key director-level staff. Key director-level staff of any CNM-member agency is automatically eligible to attend these sessions.
