One core credit toward Nonprofit Leadership certificate
One elective credit toward Program Management certificate

This dynamic, high-energy workshop is a valuable resource for your entire leadership staff. We also recommend this workshop for human resources professionals.

Are you dealing with conflict but don’t know the cause? Or do you want to understand why some react to certain issues in the workplace? It might be time to check out your EQ, or your Emotional Intelligence Quotient.

In this session, participants will gain insight and benchmark their own Emotional Intelligence and develop strategies and plans for their own EQ development. We will also learn to recognize how you deal with conflict based on your EQ and other issues in the workplace and on your team.

This workshop will use Emotional Intelligence Appraisal to assess your EQ. You will take the assessment prior to the seminar and then receive custom feedback on the report that is filled with insights and tips personalized for you about your EQ score. Learn about the practical methods needed to manage EQ differences.
