Giving and Receiving Feedback

Sometimes “soft skills” are the hardest to master. The act of giving or receiving feedback does not have to be a negative confrontation. Instead, feedback can be an opportunity to transform a working relationship and take it to the next level. So how do you make this happen? The key to giving and receiving feedback with grace and a forward-thinking attitude comes from creating a culture of sharing observations for the purpose of positive adjustment. This value can benefit your own career, as well as your organization’s culture through the performance management process. In this workshop explore what co-created performance management looks like in an organization, and how to give feedback and feedforward to staff. Come explore how it is possible that the annual performance review be the best day of someone's year.
