Evaluation is key in creating data-driven decisions about program improvement. It also helps nonprofits understand the true impact of their program. During the workshop, participants will have an opportunity to unpack their understanding of and experiences with evaluation and explore the different between research and evaluation. This workshop will provide participants with an understanding on how to develop an evaluation plan for their organization. Participants will learn foundational elements around evaluation design, how to implement evaluations, and how to analyze the data you receive.
