What is collective impact and how are nonprofits in Nashville using it?
“Collective Impact is a framework to tackle deeply entrenched and complex social problems. It is an innovative and structured approach to making collaboration work across governance, business, philanthropy, nonprofits, and community members to achieve lasting social change.” –Collaboration for Impact
In this session, learn what the collective impact framework is and how this approach can create community-wide change. Participants will learn what types of problems are best suited for collective impact and how this large-scale work can be structured to increase success. The workshop will also explore case studies of the collective impact work happening locally in Nashville as well as nationally.
