Managing and measuring employee performance can be a key tool for organizational performance and employee satisfaction. This course examines best practices around creating, implementing, and measuring performance. Participants will better understand how to create a performance evaluation tool specific to their organization, while being cultural sensitive. Best practices will be shared around creating and utilizing job descriptions, simplifying the evaluation process, and using evaluations strengthen your culture.
