For many organizations, the hardest part of a fundraising and marketing plan is implementation. In this session, participants will put all of the fundraising and marketing pieces together in preparation for The Big Payback. From outlining responsibilities to assigning milestone goals, this session will be a working session for putting a plan, content calendar, timeline, budget, and key team members into action. We will also talk about how to define success beyond financial goals.
Attendees are strongly encouraged to bring a laptop and team members to work through their plan together.
