A successful fundraising plan relies on a trifecta, which is the partnership between the board of directors, the CEO and the development office. In this workshop, learn more about the roles that each piece of the trifecta should play and how they work together to meet the fundraising goals of the organization. Participants will hear from a panel of leaders who have each served in one of the trifecta roles. They will discuss successes and best practices that they use to plan and execute a successful fundraising plan.

Attendees must be in leadership and managing roles with 5 years’ of experience (i.e. CEOs, Development Directors, and Senior Staff Members).
