Paula M. Farmer helps professionals reach their greatest potential. Through a unique blend of experience as a human resources consultant, facilitator, author, trainer and coach to teach people the skills needed to be successful as executive leaders, mid-level managers and frontline employees. Paula received recognition from the general manager for her hard work, strong knowledge and experience to secure the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award for the Tennessee Operations (Business Services) of Xerox Corporation. She contributes that ‘win’ to her experience as a Board Examiner for the Tennessee Quality Award. Paula loves to consult with, facilitate and train organizations on how to create and sustain effective, repeatable systems that generate consistently good results. She has helped people improve their communication skills, increase their strategic focus, lead more effectively with limited resources, and better manage the organizational change process.
In addition to holding a Six Sigma Black Belt, Paula has been certified by the Covey Leadership Institute, and earned A.S., M.A. and MaOM degrees. As a learning and development professional who has a passion for lifelong learning, Paula has spent the last 20 years creating and implementing training programs. She pours her heart and soul into developing others.
