After a career spanning more than thirty years working inleadership positions for financial services, health care and nonprofitorganizations, Kim Harrell has spent the last three years providing services inprogram development, project management, grant writing and event planning tononprofit organizations. Expert in theareas of health promotion, community education, disability services,aging-in-place, primary and secondary education, and residential housing, Kim workswith clients that offer services for children and youth, the frail elderly,wildlife rehabilitation, and others.
Kim begins each new engagement with a complimentary meetingduring which she and the client discuss the organization's needs and determineits current capacity. Once the organization’schallenge or opportunity is clearly understood, Kim works closely with theexecutive director, board of directors, and other key stakeholders to developcreative solutions that best meet the organization's budget and timeline. Kim’s experience and her enthusiasm for projectmanagement enable her to provide the right service at the right time whilehelping clients maximize their investment. Whether engaging in short-termconsulting services, a longer-term outsourcing agreement or creating atransition plan to bring consulting services in-house, Kim is committed tohelping her clients become more effective and efficient in carrying out theirmission.
The parents of Kelsey, who graduates in May 2017 from theUniversity of Tennessee, Kim and her husband, Larry, live in Hendersonvillewith their golden retriever, Archie.
