The Next Door provides a continuum of evidence-based
services for women and their families impacted by addiction, mental illness,
trauma and/or incarceration with Christ-centered compassionate care.
for providing nursing care for clients who are being served through The Next
Door’s continuum of care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties include the

- Collaborate with Compliance Coordinator in quality assurance and performance
with TND program leadership, Assistant
Director of Medical Services, and Assistant Director of Treatment Services
to coordinate an interdisciplinary team approach to client care.
- Adhere to
the Standards of Addictions Nursing Practice, including Standards of Care
and Standards of Professional Performance.

required to maintain a therapeutic milieu in the clinic and in the detox
unit by demonstrating mastery of motivational interviewing and other

- Monitor core functions, goals and outcomes of the
clinic and nursing services for quality assurance.
