Position Description - Responsibilities and Requirements:

Progress Inc. is a provider agency providing day, residential and employment supports to adults with intellectual disabilities and seniors in Davidson and surrounding counties since 1971.  The  individuals we support have services funded through Choices, ECF Choices, DIDD and private pay programs.   We are currently seeking applicants for a Director of Quality Assurance.

Primary Duties:
  • Leads all Quality Assurance programs and initiatives 
  • Leads agency through acquiring CQL accreditation 
  • Ensures agency adheres to CQL quality indicators
  • Oversees day to day QA activities (site visits, data tracking, ensuring quality of service delivery to individuals served)
  • Supervise 2 QA assistants - direct reports
  • Maintain agency compliance with all entities providing funding and / or requiring licensure 
  • Work with other departmental senior management to accomplish company's goals
  • Prior management experience working at an ID / DD provider agency strongly preferred
  • Working knowledge of CQL either in QA role or prior experience achieving CQL accreditation is required
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must not be listed on any registries reporting any form of fraud or abuse
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
