The Conservation & Stewardship Coordinator is responsible for administrative and technical support of the overall Conservation Program of LTTN with a specific focus on the Stewardship Program. The goal of the Stewardship Program is to uphold the conservation values of those lands protected by LTTN by working in partnership with landowners and the conservation staff of LTTN. This position’s responsibilities include record keeping, data organization and management, administrative duties, easement monitoring, and tracking requests for activity approvals and interpretations. The Conservation & Stewardship Coordinator must be a resourceful, creative, and analytical individual with a passion for land conservation.
The Land Trust for Tennessee (“LTTN”) is an accredited non-profit land conservation organization with both urban and farm offices in Nashville and an office in Chattanooga. Now in our 19th year, LTTN has protected over 120,000 acres through over than 375 conservation projects across Tennessee. Tennessee’s landscapes are diverse with farms, vast forests, rivers of local and international significance, fragile and robust wildlife habitats, and some of the fastest growing cities and towns in our country.
