Position Summary 
The Community Partner Program Manager develops new and deepens existing connections within area nonprofits, schools, and civic organizations, and the volunteers who support their missions. Our next team member will be a creative, solution-oriented people person who is energized by building relationships and using data and customer feedback to help make programming decisions. The ideal candidate will have an aptitude for databases and exceptional soft skills, including public speaking, communication, and organization. 

Duties and Responsibilities 
-Manage HON’s Community Partner Program, which currently serves -130+ nonprofit and civic partners. 
-Adapt and respond to emerging community needs through programmatic solutions.  
-Provide customer service, training, program development support, and technical database support to organizations as they seek to engage community members in meaningful, mission-driven volunteer opportunities. 
-Ensure new and existing partnerships are in strategic alignment with HON's mission. 
-Act as administrator for HandsOn Connect, Hands On Nashville’s volunteer management database, maintaining expert-level proficiency, identifying and implementing system changes, and sharing updates with staff and partners as needed.  
-Ensure quality of Volunteer Opportunity Postings on 
-Complete ongoing trainings, reports, and communications as required.  
-Maintain high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion in all aspects of the job.  
-Perform other related duties, as assigned.  

Minimum Qualifications 
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. 
-Salesforce or other data management software experience preferred. 
-Exceptional customer service and communication skills.  
-Strong computer skills, proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite 
-Ability to manage multiple projects in a busy, high-volume environment. 
-Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. 
-Ability to prioritize, maintain a professional demeanor, and work independently. 
-Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively throughout all levels of the organization. 

Physical Requirements: 
-Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 pounds, occasionally 
-Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
