CASE MANAGER – SOCIAL WORK $14 to $16

Mid-Cumberland Community Action Agency is one of the largest social services agencies within Middle Tennessee and plays a powerful role in preventing homelessness and supplementing basic needs.
The successful applicant will work within a team to build a relationship with the customer that supports long-term financial problem solving in Robertson and the surrounding counties. This position requires building a resource network within the community to help support our customer in financial assistance, assessment skills to evaluate customer’s current situation, and skill in developing a plan to move them towards self-sufficiency.

What you need:
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher. In related field preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
· At least two (2) years’ experience in field of Human Services.
· Certifications in Family Development or other comparable case management-training program a plus.
