Evening Program Coordinator - TN Language Center - 19000001NT 
Description
 
Regular Part-time (62.5%), Pay Grade 34 ($11.95 - $16.27 per hour)

Evening Program Coordinator serves as the point of contact for all evening operations including classes and trainings. The EPC will greet and assist students, teachers, and staff as needed. The EPC will prepare TLC for its evening programs and ensure their successful operations by cleaning classrooms, breakrooms and snack/ coffee stations. Working hours are generally between 4:00 pm and 8:15 – 8:30 pm M – TH.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer service:

-Greet students and teachers for evening programs
-Answer questions about programs at TLC
-Assist student with student IDs
Office & Classroom Maintenance:
-Clean whiteboards, tables chairs
-Clean break room and front of office; Make coffee; restock supplies and condiments
-Stock and organize supply room, including copiers
Clerical and Administrative:
-Assist Teachers and students with classroom and facility navigation
-Make copies for teachers
-Ensure integrity of room assignments
-Intake payments via cash, check, or credit card.
-Enter payments for FL classes into the online registration system.
-Snack funds collection and documenting.
-Snack inventory
-Work with Admin team on special projects as assigned
 
Qualifications
 Required Qualifications:
Education:

High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors’ degree preferred.

Experience:
1 Year + experience in an office environment

Skills:

Organizational Skills
General math skills
Ability to work cash register
Ability to work under pressure
Highly developed people skills
Knowledge of cleaning products related to classroom environment

Location:
Nashville, TN
